China never was clinical obese. Where does clinical obesity come from? It comes from the food. But no one was obese in China hundred years ago. Chinas food was different in the past. What happened? The chosenites, had over hundred years ago build processing plants in China...the Anti Humans build these factories also in Europe. As Of today, they're all over planet earth.These are factories, where the food is modified/processed in. That means concerning China, out of brown rice (brown rice was the staples of China) the factories made white rice. As this is a wrong thought, that white rice was the staples of the Chinese, it couldn't have been more wrong to specify this white rice to have been the staples of Cinese people, as white rice didn't exist in Chinese history. White rice was artificial created by having it made in factories. White rice is former brown rice (Whole Grain Rice) modified/processed in a factory. The translation of modified/processed would be - destroyed -. The factory destroyed the brown rice (Whole Grain Rice) by turning it into white rice. White rice in its original form has no historical reference in China, or other parts of the world, as it comes out of a factory. White rice coming out of a factory and is dead and has no vitamins, trace Elements and minerals present. Only brown rice has these qualities available. The Chinese farmer produced brown rice (whole grain rice). Nothing like White rice can be farmed, as its unnatural and comes out of a food processing plant (factory). Also marmalade/jam/sweets/cigarettes, canned food, canned soups and canned fruits come out of factories. These products became in big amounts available to the Chinese population, causing diseases. The Chinese never consumed marmalade, sugar, and cigarettes in their past (cigarette tobacco is laced with sugar). The cigarettes are laced with chemicals and sugar. Chinese started smoking and drinking alcohol as the processed food induced sugar level in the brain was knocked out of its natural balance, thus many Chinese became alcoholics, nicotine addicts and delinquents. As this deterioration developed, a medical system was established that managed health by prescription drugs via health care professionals (meaning doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, hospitals, surgereons, nurses etc). Hence the Chinese patients became drug addicts through the prescription drugs they had been prescribed by their doctors over decades (Opium trade returned via Medicine as Opiods and by application through Morphine targeting the elderlyin retirement homes/Hospitals. ) Who was responsible for this manipulation of food, by distributing it to the big villages and cities of China from the factories. The farm population in the country side, where most of the Chinese were living hundred years ago, didn't eat the factory food and never were troubled by diseases or juvenile Delinquency. They farmed their natural food and for that wouldnt need to buy the factory food. Hence, delinquency had spread with the factory foods being more and more available to Chinese people. Of today this food is every where available. Natural Food is mostly forgotten, thus white rice is mostly eaten with sugary treats after the meals like other factory food. These are sold to the Chinese mind via advertising them as Chinese, by means of government propaganda, having a third party produced perception, manifesting itself as reality. As the Communist Chinese, after coming into power had destroyed all historical references to the Chinese farm population by killing them by the millions and collecting all history books that had been not yet replaced by having been destroyed - thus eliminating Chinese History - the average Chinese wasn't able anymore to find out, how their forefathers, as farmers lived by consuming natural foods (not factory foods like white rice, sugar, sweets, ice cream etc.). The principle of health, that these farmers inherited from their understanding of farming, the city population would lose, as they couldn't maintain their vitality anymore due to the factory food they were consuming. This health the Chinese had prior, now, vanished slowly but surely. The Chinese became ridden with diseases. They forgot how their forefathers lived and maintained their vitality. Chinese have of today the lowest life expectancy rate in their history. Every Chinese is connected by birth, to a Super Gigantic Complex Medical Health Care System, that is nothing else as the governments medical arm of the Chinese Fed. SO.... Rinse rice. (1.5 Cups water to 1 Cup rice.) Bring rice to rolling boil. Leave to simmer for 15 mins. Turn off heat for 5 minutes. Eat.
